Once upon a time in 1975, a young and ambitious soul named Frank embarked on an extraordinary journey into the world of hair and beauty. Starting as a salon assistant, Frank dedicated endless hours and exerted boundless effort, meticulously cutting hair for the students at West Chester University. His desire to have a chair of his own burned brightly within him, as he diligently recorded the names of each client in his trusty binder.
Driven by his talent and unwavering passion, Frank fearlessly approached the salon owner, pleading for an opportunity to showcase his skills. And soar he did! Frank's talents knew no bounds, his passion unstoppable. In 1978, he triumphantly opened his very own salon, christened the Klipt Joint, which later blossomed into the prestigious Avante salon and spa.
Through his immersive journey, Frank not only found his calling but also discovered his true leadership qualities. He wholeheartedly recognizes the immense effort and dedication this industry demands. With his unwavering love for the beauty industry, Frank has become a beacon of inspiration for countless aspiring professionals
